4. Dwell time: The dry cleaning powder is left to dwell on the carpet for a certain amount of time, typically 15-20 minutes.
5. Extraction: The dry cleaning powder and dirt are then vacuumed up using a specialized vacuum cleaner.
6. Post-inspection: The carpet is inspected to ensure that it has been properly cleaned.
Dry powder cleaning is often used as an alternative to wet cleaning methods, such as hot water extraction, for carpets that cannot be cleaned with water.
